I produced positive, emotive digital copy that re-positioned Saga’s home care brand as a help and advice service.
Using easyJet’s cheeky, irreverant tone of voice (exclamation marks obligatory), I created short articles for the airline’s InFlight magazine and email newsletters for its four million email subscribers.
Targeted at businesses using specialist printers, these magazine advertorials position Epson as an industry expert and thought leader, and explore the benefits of Epson’s unique technology.
I re-wrote and re-structured all alliedhealthcare.com content to improve SEO, brand identity, quality and the overall customer experience. The new copy leverages Allied Healthcare’s unique selling points as the UK’s biggest home care provider.
I developed propositions for new Epson products, turning technical information into user benefits to be used as the basis of all marketing, sales and PR communications throughout Europe. I also wrote press releases, print and web content for product launches.
